Hello, and Welcome to the Reserve Home Owners Association (HOA) website! We (The Reserve HOA) have taken over control from the builder as of Sep 26, 2017.  Our elected board oversees and employs Assured Management to take care of concerns or issues for our community. We have great volunteers on our committees and fabulous residents, which make for a wonderful community!

Via the Community Pages drop down, you can access the "Community Info" page, which is public and open to anyone.  You can see a map of the area which covers The Reserve HOA, and school zones.  There is local area updates on the "Community Info" page, as well as Park Status and some upcoming Retail news is available there. The "Helpful Local Information" page is also public and lists lots of important matters, such as how to handle noisy neighbors, if street lights are out, or if you notice something wrong with the sidewalk. All other pages are for Residents and require you to be registered and logged in.

Our HOA is for residents for the following subdivisions:
  • The Reserve at Westridge
  • Valor Pointe at Westridge
  • Trail Pointe at The Reserve
While we are in the Westridge, we are a seperate HOA from all other Westridge subdivisions not listed. (Nov 2017)

The Role of Assured Association Management
The Management Company acts as the "administrative arm" of the association and assists the Developer with the business affairs of the community.  The Management Company provides comprehensive monthly accounting of all financial activity of the association including all revenue, expenditures and delinquent accounts.  The Management Company will research and solicit bids for service contracts, improvement or repair projects, etc.  The Management Company executes policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors, and assists in enforcement of the deed and use restrictions.
